ReferNet is a pan-European network created by CEDEFOP in 2002 to provide exchange of information and best practices on national vocational education and training (VET) systems and policies in Member States, Iceland and Norway. For the period 2013 – 2027 the activities of the network in Bulgaria are coordinated by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET).
